The Corporate Recruiter and Compensation Analyst is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and referring applicants for all positions throughout the organization. Helps to ensure that corporate recruiting and other HR programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations. Conducts compensation analysis on internal and external salary statistics. Reviews job descriptions, partnering with managers to define duties and responsibilities.

Duties & Responsibilities:


1. Follow up with the related aspects of staffing: requisition process, posting process, scheduling, interviewing and new hire notifications.

2. Analyze information provided on applicant’s resume, application and interview to determine the suitability of the applicant for employment.

3. Conduct thorough background checks on all candidates prior to formal offer being presented.

4. Professional in all communications with candidates, especially when delivering undesirable employment decisions.

5. Partner with area employment agencies, job boards, colleges, and job fairs.

6. Ensure a complete, thorough, fair and efficient recruitment policy and process that is compliant with all EEO and other applicable laws and requirements.

7. Responsible for ongoing process improvement to minimize repetitive and unproductive processes.

8. Provide a level of relationship building and customer service that emphasizes accessibility, honesty, trustworthiness, fairness, consistency, confidentiality, respect and dignity.

9. Coordinate and complete HR projects based upon company need.


1. Review, write and classify job descriptions for all current and open positions, working in conjunction with hiring managers to define duties and responsibilities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

2. Provide job title and salary grade recommendations for new positions to the Sr Director of Human Resources.

3. Provide research, analysis, and reports for compensation data requests. Gather data and perform statistical analysis and interpretation of information to share with HR leadership.

4. Conduct annual and ad-hoc salary surveys, evaluate data integrity, summarize results, produce reports and present findings to HR leadership.

5. Provide support to the merit increase process. Evaluate proposed increases for consistency and equity among positions. Managers the entry of merit increases into the HRIS system.

6. Partner with HR leadership to review and develop employee incentive plans to maintain and attract talent.

7. Perform additional related duties as requested.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years recruiting, compensation or HR Generalist experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
