Greenhouse is looking for a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Program Manager to join our team!

Reporting to the Director of DE&I, our DE&I Program Manager will play an impactful role in providing programmatic, data, and operational support for DE&I programs and projects. You’ll work closely with our Employee Resource Groups, DE&I Council, and DE&I champions across the organization while also exercising full ownership over a multitude of programming and reporting. Our DE&I Program Manager will partner with a growing DE&I team to design, coordinate, track and measure our DE&I initiatives to enable an inclusive and empowering employee experience for our global Greenhouse team.

What you’ll do

  • Acts as a DE&I subject matter expert by providing perspective, training, and insights to take a balanced consultative approach that enable teams across Greenhouse in fulfilling our DE&I goals, strategy, and roadmap
  • Serve as a liaison between our Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Experience team to coordinate programming and events for the organization  
  • Manage our DE&I onboarding program, and partner with our Talent Management team to build processes and playbooks for staff, people managers, senior leaders, our Employee Resource Groups, and DE&I Council leaders
  • Collect, analyze, and present data that develop and maintain metrics to manage our overall DE&I business operations. This includes our Inclusion Survey, coordinating focus groups, training, and overall program efficiency
  • Research DE&I best practices and benchmarks to improve and design programs/training
  • Drive program objectives to identify resource needs, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation, and communications for program/process rollout and ongoing support
  • Promote racial and social justice by building and sustaining rapport, credibility, and investment opportunities in the communities we work with
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with global DE&I organizations and determine areas of opportunity
  • Recognize and respond to regional needs by providing tailored strategies and solutions to enable appropriate cultural awareness and change
  • Motivate, influence, and energize senior leadership, stakeholders, and peer groups towards taking action in helping us accomplish our shared DE&I goals in an integrated way

You should have

  • Experience in program design, project management, and development, with significant cross-functional engagement
  • Experience in DE&I programming and/or community-building
  • Experience evaluating data and metrics to understand trends, drive improvements and results
  • Demonstrates the ability to be a key decision-maker and communicates results to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization
  • Experience supporting Employee Resource Groups and DE&I Councils
  • Demonstrated willingness to work with global communities and people from different backgrounds and cultures
  • Public speaking skills; experience in delivering training and workshops
  • Experience building community amongst highly passionate teams in a distributed and remote work environment
  • Experience working with leadership in implementing, streamlining, or automating systems and processes
  • Any degree in a related DE&I-discipline, learning or education-related fields, a plus
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification, a plus
  • Previous experience with business intelligence and analytics, a plus

The range provided is for Colorado-based hires only and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations other than CO may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. Pay range: $85,000 to $115,000
