Salary Range: $23.66 - $47.51 Hourly

The role of this position is to assist with the provision of clinical services to at-risk children and their caregivers under the direction of a mental health therapist and supervision of a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
Required Qualifications
• Associate Arts degree with in a mental health or related field or a bachelor’s degree in child development, social work, human behavior, rehabilitation, psychology or related social science field or equivalent experience/training.
• Experience or skills to develop eLearning solutions including interactive modules, instructional video, mobile learning and digital training materials.
• Experience managing content through Learning Management systems.
• Skill to apply professional training concepts.
• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.
• Strong editing, written and oral communication skills.
• Organization and problem-solving skill to gathers and analyzes training resource data, prioritizes work assignments and develops program recommendations.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills and good presentation skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of functional area and understanding of how project training may impact other areas.
• Working knowledge of delivering training programs.
• Familiar with current training programs and trends.
• Good skills in developing training programs.
• Working knowledge of conducting needs assessment.
• Good analytical skills to understand how business needs can be addressed through the design and delivery of training programs.
• Working knowledge of organization policies and procedures.
• Working knowledge of adult learning theories and education methodologies.
Special Requirements
• Valid CA Driver’s license
• This position may be subject to a criminal background investigation, drug screen, Live Scan fingerprinting, medical evaluation clearance, and functional capacity assessment.
