Sales Development Representative

In the past year, we have seen significant customer growth and we want to sustain that growth. We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales) to work side-by-side with the Head of Sales. If you love talking to prospective customers we want to talk to you. This is a remote position.
In this role you will:
Prospect and qualify for new opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, and networking (e.g. LinkedIn)
Share metrics of successful campaign strategies with the sales team
Maintain an organized pipeline and keep track of customer outreach
Reach and exceed KPIs including calls scheduled, calls completed, and deals won from your meetings
What does a typical day look like:
Represent Glidian's platform with a comprehensive understanding of our services and the markets we serve
Educate prospects on our service through phone calls and email follow up
HIt your goals by booking meetings
CRM maintenance and updating
Leads are provided so no prospecting is required
Have daily discussions with other SDR's about tips and tricks - what's working, what isn't
We are looking for people who have:
A Bachelor’s Degree
Relentless attitude towards selling
A strong desire to learn and grow rapidly in a startup
1+ years of sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills
