We’re looking for an experienced Account leader to join our fast-growing, female-owned, fully-integrated agency. 


  • Manages the team and is responsible for progress of direct and indirect reports
  • Able to evaluate all creative work and output through a strategic + business + creative filter
  • Leads large and complex projects/productions with basic support
  • Runs process and workflows for multiple types of clients (e.g. fully integrated, media, social, creative)
  • Provides clear and succinct creative direction and feedback, and contribute to strategic initiatives offering a sound POV
  • Brings clarity and organization to agency team across disciplines, media in particular
  • Understands dynamics of our client's business and category
  • Clear and confident presenter who leads project meetings internally and with clients
  • Day to day leader of agency partners and external teams, driver of IMC planning, strategic strength and creative quality
  • Understands bigger picture agenda and issues on the account, and manages projects with that in mind
  • Has strong creative instincts and intuition, and desires better and better work


  • Requirement for 4-6 years experience in an integrated or creative agency environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spin lots of plates at the same time
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure, and maintain enthusiasm
