Who you Are
- You are a numbers freak and geek out on developing and refining marketing strategies to deliver consistent B2B leads
- You light up looking at funnels, working in CRMs, and analyzing sales data to determine the best path forward
- You are stoked to collaborate with a sales leader to deliver leads that are sales-qualified and have healthy debates to drive results
- You are creative, ready to test anything and everything and you come to the table with unique methods to generate B2B leads
- An incredible combination of autonomy to execute on projects, but eagerness to collaborate across the entire organization
- You are tech-savvy and have a good understanding of new and relevant software
- You are able to prioritize initiatives and work efficiently to deliver while embracing change
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy marketing campaigns that deliver consistent, sales-qualified leads
- Track towards ambitious growth goals
- Work with internal team to design and build all necessary assets for tactical execution
- Build landing pages and apply A/B testing for all campaign channels
- Work with Social Manager on organic social
- Build an effective marketing dashboard to track success and effectively communicate performance to the marketing team
- Align with website team to improve conversions
- Delivering lead lists
- Develop and strategy and system for nurturing people into advocates
- Daily management of email marketing
Experience
- 3-5 years B2B marketing experience is a MUST
- Experience with a startup is ideal, track record of ownership and leadership is a must
- Strong performance marketing background
- Excellent communication skills
- An unmatched motivation to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field of study preferred
- Marketing agency experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Google Adwords and social media advertising
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Proficient in Shopify and Wordpress
- Proficient in HubSpot marketing tools (email marketing, sequences, landing pages, etc)
- Proficient in Google Products (Slides, Documents, Sheets, etc)
- Adobe Suite and Canva experience are a plus
