Howdy’s New Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will be the first person from Howdy our newest clients will get to meet, but by the time you have them on a call, you will have done hours of research and digging and extrapolating to have some ideas of how we can help their sales and marketing teams accelerate their growth. Your pointed, informed and personal questions will be opening the door to new business opportunities for Howdy, but to the other side, it will feel like catching up with an old friend.

What Describes You:

  • 3+ years excelling in a closing role managing 5-6 digit contract sizes with multiple stakeholders
  • Worked directly with B2B sales, marketing, and growth departments and/or
  • An empathic connector, obsessed with the details, and have an unmatched ability to follow-through
  • Demonstrated a thorough understanding of the agency process and agency/client relationship model
  • A keen ability to dig into what clients are saying (and not saying) to uncover opportunities and develop creative growth solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be comfortable, confident and excited about prospecting, engaging with and closing new clients
  • Dive deep into potential client profiles to give insights to the Creative Team for concept development
  • Quickly identify good fit leads and disqualify ones that would be a waste of time
  • Create a sales dashboard where you’ll keep track of key metrics about prospects, leads, target companies, and current deals
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Director of Growth for incoming leads
  • Forecast incoming revenue and present to the team
  • Pass along thrilled clients to our Account Management team for future projects
  • Find ways to grow your skillset, expand your knowledge, and deepen your expertise

**Obviously, we’d love to have you in the Denver area so you can be in the office, but being fully remote is totally possible.**
