We are hiring an Advisor Success Coordinator to assist our advisors with activating their networks and marketing their new travel businesses. 

We currently have almost 200 advisors and a 10K waitlist of amazing travel entrepreneurs looking to join our platform and sell travel professionally. All of these entrepreneurs need to be formally onboarded to our platform, which includes education about the overall proposition, hand-holding in the setup and execution of email marketing, plus assisting with everything needed to get these advisors activated and selling travel. 

Working directly with, Natasha Hoskins our Head of Community, this is a critical role that bridges the gap between the initial indications of interest in joining our community, and becoming a full Fora advisor.

It's a sales role - it will be your job to create and maintain momentum throughout the onboarding process. And it's an operations role, managing multiple workstreams in parallel to achieve our ambitious activation targets while keeping the quality of advisor marketing exceptional. Successful candidates will exhibit a unique blend of operational skills and customer-facing acumen. 


  • Support overall advisor-side marketing pipeline, from initial indication of interest through to active marketing in Mailchimp 
  • Hand-hold our advisors through the process of sending beautiful and interesting email content to their networks in an effort to build their client base and sell travel to their network
  • Liaise across the organization to set priorities for advisor facing marketing and help fill gaps in our advisor landscape 
  • Create systems to streamline the overall process
  • Identify opportunities for PR, social, and content highlighting our unique community


  • Demonstrated track record of project management, operations skills, and customer support 
  • An ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • High taste level and ability to judge the quality of output 
  • Intellectually curious and growth mindset 
  • A true team player, good collaborator, and trustworthy colleague.
  • The ideal candidate with have experience with Mailchimp 
  • Experience with Canva and/or other design tools


We are based in New York City and looking to build the core of our team there. Our current approach to hybrid is 2 or 3 days in the office each week, although some work from the office every day.
