Development Operations Manager

We are seeking a full-time Development Operations Manager (Boston) who will be responsible for fundraising operations, gift entry in Salesforce, and traffic management of fundraising initiatives as part of a 4-person, remotely-based development team that raises and processes over $4M per year. The ideal candidate will be incredibly organized, have a strong attention to detail, be a creative problem solver, and have a collaborative spirit. The team member will work across departments, ensuring that deadlines are kept on Development projects, reporting is accurate and timely, and staff and vendors are informed of changes to deliverables. This role is instrumental in the success of annual campaigns, fundraising events, and expanding donor engagement across the country.
